How many children are allow at a time?

Norcal Jump bounce house are equipped with safe stepping platforms for children to access in and out of the unit. Most of our jumpers can accommodate anywhere from 8 to 10 children (under the age of twelve) at a time. Please note that the older and larger the guest(s) is/are, the risk of overcrowding and injury will be greater. SUPERVISIONS ARE REQUIRED AT ALL TIME!

What if the water gets into the jumper? What should I do?

All jumpers have draining system at all four corners. All you need to do is use a dry towel and push water toward the four corners to get the water out of the jumper. Make sure the jumper is dry before letting your kids jump.

Yes, Norcal Jump provides safe and clean jumpers to our clients. Our jumpers are sanitized on a weekly base and deliver to our clients with satisfaction. This is Norcal Jump #1 priority, SAFE AND CLEAN JUMPERS!

What if my house is in the mountain area, private road, or 1 lane road would Norcal Jump deliver?

No, Norcal Jump will not deliver. YOU MUST DISCLOSE TO US AT THE YOU MAKE THE RESERVATION. If not, we will charge you $100 and will NOT setup.

What if my setup area have steps going UP or DOWN, INCLINE OR DECLLINE slop (irregular setup area)?

No, Norcal Jump will NOT setup. YOU MUST DISCLOSE TO US AT THE TIME YOU MAKE THE RESERVATION. If not, we will charge you $100 and will NOT setup. If you disclose to us, there will be $10 per step. The $10 per step does NOT apply to steps or stairs that are steep. Norcal Jump will determine the fee after seeing the picture of the steps/stairs.

Will happens if it rains/heavy rain?

If it sprinkles, all jumpers will have covers. Once the jumper has been setup there will be NO refunds. If it is heavy rain, we will not deliver to safety reasons.
